We will only use your data for the purposes of booking for a service and it will not be sold to any third party.

As we don't have our own power supply, we will need to use yours. Ideally this should be situated as close to the vehicle as possible, but we do have an extension lead should it be required.

We don't have our own water supply, so we will need to use yours. Should you not have access to an outside tap, we may not be able to carry out our services on your vehicle. 

We will only use our own equipment to connect to your supply (electric and water).

We politely request that you keep your pets safely away from us whilst carrying out our job. Whilst they may not bite you, we are strangers to them, therefore pose a potential risk of attack.

Please keep any children at a safe distance at all times.

The surrounding area of the vehicle may become slippery both during and after the job is completed due to the chemicals that are used. The area will be rinsed after the job is finished, however great care must be taken until they have washed away. We shall not be held responsible should any injuries occur following this advice.

Any personal possessions will have been removed where possible before we commence with the job.

Child seats will have been removed where possible prior to any job commencing.

Seats, steering wheels or any other moveable object such as interior mirrors/switches etc. may not be in the same position as they were prior to us starting. It is sometimes necessary for these to be moved or adjusted during the cleaning process.

Should there be adverse weather conditions on the day, we can either continue the work if we have already started, or it may have to be postponed/cancelled prior and rebooked for another convenient date.

The interior of the vehicle may need to air dry for several hours after we have finished. We will discuss this with you should it be necessary.

Photos of your vehicle may appear on our social media channels. This is only for the purposes of our portfolio. Your registration plate will be blanked out and any possible identifiable objects such as backgrounds etc. shall be removed as best as possible on all photos prior to uploading in order to keep your privacy. Should you not want any photos to appear on these platforms, please notify us prior to starting the job.

If when we arrive, the condition of your vehicle is different to what you have shown us on previous contact, then extra charges may apply - see our Services page for more information on this. 

All vehicles will have a damage inspection and photos taken where necessary prior to work commencing. Please note that not all damage is visible until work has started and anything that becomes apparent during cleaning, you will be notified immediately.

We will require a reasonable amount of space around your vehicle at all times so we can carry out the necessary jobs. We will also need to park our vehicle as close as possible to your vehicle and property.

Payment will be taken at the end of the job been completed.
