Do you only do cars
No, we can do all forms of transport. Prices will differ from cars however, so please Contact us with your requirements.
How long does it take you to do a valet
Depends on the state of the vehicle, the size and what exactly it is you require. For more information, please check out the Services page, which gives you more information and approximate timescales.
Can I book you to return on a regular basis
Absolutely! It is highly recommended that you get us to come back regularly in order to keep your vehicle in pristine condition.
Are you fully self sufficient
Almost, but not quite. Unfortunately we don't carry our own water or electricity supplies, so it's essential that we use yours. Should there be an issue with that, then we may not be able to provide our services to you right now.
Can I watch you
Of course you can. But please also remember, we are there to do a job, and wouldn't want you getting in the way or tripping over anything. But also please keep children a safe distance away at all times.
What form of payment do you take
All major debit/credit cards, bank transfer and good old cash.
Do you require a deposit beforehand
No. However, if you feel that you want to, then by all means we can take one from you, and should you wish to cancel, it will be refunded, no questions asked.
What if it's raining on the day you're due
Typically it rains most days in the UK (apparently every other day on average), but don't be put off by that fact. We do have a gazebo which will help, but should it be particularly bad, then we will contact you and either rearrange for another day, or cancel the appointment, the choice is yours.
I have booked your services, but have now changed my mind, or want to change the date
Should this be the case, please let us know a minimum of 24 hours before we are due to arrive.
Would I need to send you pictures of my vehicle before you arrive
Ideally yes. That way, we know exactly what to expect upon arrival, then hopefully there will be no nasty surprises when we arrive. Also, we will be able to give you a more accurate quote beforehand.
Do you do a full inventory of my vehicle before work commences
Yes. Photos will be taken of both the interior and exterior of the vehicle, and any pre existing damage will be documented and confirmed with you. This saves both parties from potential grief/disputes further down the line. Sometimes damage isn't always visible until the vehicle is clean and any damage that does become visible during the cleaning process, we will notify you immediately.
Would you post pictures of my vehicle on social media after you have finished
We would like to add pictures of your vehicle on to our social media channels in order to grow our portfolio. Hopefully you won't mind us doing so, and don't worry, your registration plate would not be shown in any pictures in order to keep your privacy. Should you wish your vehicle not to appear on any of these platforms, then just tell us.
