Terms and Conditions
Please read our T&Cs before booking. Should you not agree to any of these, or have any concerns, then please contact us prior to booking.
Data Usage
Your personal data will be used solely for the purpose of booking and delivering our services. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.
Electricity Access
We do have our own access to electricity should it be required. If we are able to use yours, we would prefer that to be the case, but it’s not essential.
Water Access
We will require access to your water supply. If an outdoor tap is unavailable, we may be unable to carry out the service.
Equipment Usage
Only our equipment will be used to connect to your water and power supplies.
Pets and Children
For safety reasons, we ask that pets be kept away during our visit. While they may be friendly with you, they may perceive us as a threat. Similarly, we request that children be kept at a safe distance while work is in progress.
Safety Notice
The area surrounding your vehicle may become slippery during and after the cleaning process due to chemical use. While we will rinse the area thoroughly upon completion, please exercise caution until the surface is completely safe. We cannot accept liability for any injuries incurred if this advice is not followed.
Valuables and Personal Belongings
Please remove any personal belongings or valuables from the vehicle prior to our arrival. If applicable, child seats should also be removed ahead of the service.
Vehicle Interior Adjustments
During cleaning, it may be necessary to adjust seats, steering wheels, mirrors, switches, or other moveable interior components. These items may not be returned to their exact original positions.
Weather Conditions
In the event of adverse weather, we will either continue with the job if already in progress or reschedule to a more suitable date. We do have a large gazebo to provide shelter should it be required.
Drying Time
Some interior services may require several hours to fully air dry. We will inform you in advance if this applies.
Photography & Social Media
Photographs of your vehicle may be used for promotional purposes on our social media channels. All identifiable features such as number plates and backgrounds will be obscured. If you prefer not to have your vehicle photographed, please inform us before we begin.
Condition of Vehicle
If the condition of your vehicle upon arrival differs significantly from previous descriptions or photos provided, additional charges may apply. When booking online, you should include addons before confirming your appointment. Please refer to our services page for further details.
Pre-Inspection
A damage inspection, including photographs where appropriate, will be carried out prior to starting work. Please note that some damage may only become visible during the cleaning process. Any issues identified will be communicated to you immediately.
Space Requirements
We require sufficient space around your vehicle to work efficiently and will also need to park our van as close as possible to your property.
Cancellation policy
A full refund of any deposit paid will be issued up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you wish to cancel. Should you request a cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, then any deposit is non-refundable.
