📅 How far in advance should I book a valet?
We recommend booking a few days in advance — especially during busy periods. That said, we’ll always do our best to fit in last-minute bookings wherever we can.

🔁 Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Absolutely — we understand plans can change. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange.
If you’ve paid a deposit, we’ll issue a full refund up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

If heavy rain is forecast, we’ll get in touch beforehand to discuss your options. You can either:

- Let us work under cover — we can use your garage, carport, or our own large gazebo

Yes — we’re happy to come to your home, workplace, or any suitable public location, as long as there’s enough space for our setup and safe access to the vehicle.

Yes — our deep interior cleaning includes thorough removal of pet hair and stains. If the interior is heavily soiled, there may be an additional charge, which we’ll always confirm before starting.

Yes — we use premium, pH-neutral, and vehicle-safe products that are suitable for all types of paintwork, interior surfaces, and finishes.
📸 Do I need to send pictures of my vehicle before the appointment?
Ideally, yes. Sending photos helps us assess the condition of your vehicle ahead of time and provide a more accurate quote.

You can drive your vehicle straight after a valet. However, if we’ve deep-cleaned the carpets or upholstery, it’s best to allow a few hours for them to fully dry.
